Tourist Resort
Villa Stella Maldive : Vilu reef resort South Nilandhoo atollTo spend a different day, you might visit the closest tourist resort of Dhaalu Atoll: Vilu Reef (, at about one-hour boat-trip from Ribudhoo. Vilu Reef has a good restaurant and a various entertainment including disco and crab race.

For those who are keen on fishing, a stay in Villa Stella could become an unforgettable experience. Besides the individual fishing trips with Villa Stella’s boat, it is also possible to join the local fishermen in a traditional fishing trip from morning to sunset. The best period for fishing in Dhaalu Atoll is from March to December. We would suggest bringing your gear if you would like to practice big game fishing. Lobster fishing is also easy on the house reef of Ribudhoo.

Exploring the sea bottom from the surface has always been the best of a
villa stella maldives : desert island (maagau) south nilandhoo atoll holiday in the Maldives. However, to do it privately, deciding every day where to go, is an exclusive privilege. The house reef on the eastern side of Ribudhoo is amazing for snorkeling courtesy of the presence of large acroporas. The islands of Vommuli, Maagau and Doores have wonderful house reefs too. Some coral shoals with nearby sandbanks offer other ideal environments for snorkeling.
